SPLIT is primarily for children of divorcing parents between the ages of six and twelve. The secondary audience is divorcing adults and professionals working with parents and children during and after the divorce process, including: lawyers specializing in family law, family court services and counseling centers, professional mediation service providers, educators, psychologists and family therapists, and other family and health care providers centers.

- Talk in “I” messages to tell parents how they feel

- Learn parenting styles with greater sensitivity to their children’s experience
